Embedded Legal Engineer

Design and build custom applications, integrations, and workflows that eliminate manual processes Wrangling data and using AI to accelerate and enhance critical operations Shaping team strategy and driving projects from ideation to deployment to deliver real value Develop embedded relationships, building alongside user-groups and key stakeholders Ability to collaborate in teams of technical and non-technical individuals, and comfortable working in a constantly evolving environment with dynamic objectives and iteration with users Strong communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences Experience leading cross-functional projects to scale systems and processes from ideation to deployment Interest and curiosity in bringing technical solutions to the legal space 2+ years of software engineering experience Proficiency with one or more programming languages, such as Python, Java, C++, TypeScript/JavaScript, or similar Hands-on experience leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs) to enhance operations
