This role is perfect for individuals who thrive on connecting client expectations with the technical expertise of engineering teams. As an Application Engineer, you will play a pivotal part in designing, customizing, and testing software or hardware solutions to meet unique client requirements.Your responsibilities will include providing engaging pre-sales demonstrations, ensuring smooth post-sales integration, and offering ongoing troubleshooting support. You’ll essentially be the bridge between what our clients need and what our engineering teams deliver, making a real impact on every project.Responsibilities:Provide Tier 1 (Help Desk) and Tier 2 (Escalation) support.Provide technical support to customers.Troubleshoot customer issues.Create and maintain user accounts.Assist customers with application configurations.Work directly with vendor support where needed. Qualifications:Required: Experience or familiarity with Tenable productsActive TS/SCI with PolyHeavy understanding and navigation of Linux (specifically Red Hat)Ansible or Salt/PuppetExperience with ticketing applications such as Jira or Snow.Good communication skills.
