This role offers a unique opportunity to work at the forefront of national security, directly supporting advanced technologies designed to detect, track, and mitigate emerging aerial threats. As part of this position, you will engage in dynamic, hands-on work across both CONUS and limited OCONUS locations, providing direct support to operational systems in real-world environments. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and play a key role in delivering reliable, high-performance solutions to our customers. This is a multifaceted role that spans the full lifecycle of government-furnished equipment—from installation and integration to sustainment and troubleshooting.The ideal candidate will bring a blend of hardware expertise, systems engineering insight, networking knowledge, and software troubleshooting skills to ensure mission success in complex and evolving environments.Responsibilities:Serve as a Field Service Representative supporting installation, operations, and maintenance (O&M) activities across the Counter-RCMA missionSupport daily system operations, testing, and performance validation to ensure mission readinessCollaborate with a high-performing technical team, contributing expertise while actively supporting and learning from teammatesFoster a culture of knowledge sharing, continuous improvement, and operational excellenceConduct hands-on troubleshooting and, when required, travel to customer sites to perform preventative maintenance and corrective actionsQualifications:RequiredBachelors degree3 years of related experienceIn lieu of bachelors degree, 6 years of relevant experience may be consideredAn active DOD Secret security clearanceAs a requirement of continued employment, you may be required to obtain a Top Secret clearanceAbility to work independently with little or no supervision as well as with other individuals on the teamAbility to operate RF equipment, electronic troubleshooting equipmentSpectrum analyzers & Signal generatorsExperience and understanding of radar systems (installation, operation, troubleshooting, or maintenance of tactical/surveillance radar systems) preferably RPS systemsAbility to lift 75 lbs.Be climb certified or ability to become climb certified to heights up to 200 ftUnderstanding of basic IP network topologies and ability to resolve network issuesAbility to travel up to 75% of the timeDesired:FAA Part 107 certifiedLinux experienceExperience with shipping, receiving, and inventory asset trackingRadar and RF signals backgroundAtlassian JIRA/Confluence experience-What You Can Expect: A culture of integrity.At CACI, we place character and innovation at the center of everything we do.
