You’ll lead with purpose, breaking down barriers to innovation in a more connected, compassionate world.A Day in the LifeResponsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.Develops, maintains, and enhances the company's image with thought leaders/high profile individuals and/or groups.Organizes company-sponsored symposia for consultant and advisory board meetings.Develops, fosters and maintain key customer relationships with healthcare professionals, and surgical and medical society organizations strategically aligned with the business to increase market access and development opportunities and to aid in the education of other healthcare professionals.Develops concepts and aligns programs with market, product and brand strategies.Designs and implements educational programs.Develops and/or implements market development plans/strategies and changes as needed.Assesses customer needs and feedback regarding new products and/or modifications to existing products and communicates to internal stakeholders including R&D, Operations and Marketing.Establishes effective relationships and collaborates with other departments (Marketing, Finance, HR, Sales Training, etc.) to address key business issues and opportunities.Builds and implements strategy for KOL engagements and young surgeons development programsRequired Knowledge and Experience: 3-5 years of experience in Spine, with Cranial related expertise being a strong assetPractical sales, business development and management knowledge in leading and managing the execution of processes, projects and tactics for one or more products.Advanced knowledge and skills within the sales discipline, with understanding of the impact of work on other areas of the organization.Baccalaureate degree.Fluency in English.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Availability to travel for at least a 70% of working time.
