You’ll lead with purpose, breaking down barriers to innovation in a more connected, compassionate world.A Day in the LifeAs a Senior Business Data Product Owner, you will help advance Medtronic’s mission to alleviate pain, restore health, and extend life by ensuring product teams have the right data, at the right time, to deliver meaningful business and patient outcomes.Within the Pricing & Contracting (P&C) Agile model, this role serves as the business owner for data enablement across the value stream. You will work across product teams, business stakeholders, and IT to ensure data supports value-based decision-making and accountability. This includes developing a deep understanding of the end-to-end value stream, identifying where data is required to support product outcomes, and making informed business decisions on data priorities, tradeoffs, and impacts. You will partner closely with IT—particularly the IT Data Product Owner (Data Architect)—in a 2-in-a-box model, owning business decisions related to data while contributing to design discussions, feasibility assessments, and sequencing. While you do not build data platforms or pipelines, you ensure that data effectively supports product delivery, value measurement, and decision-making across pods.At Medtronic, we bring bold ideas forward with speed and decisiveness to put patients first in everything we do.
