Work Flexibility: Field-basedSchedule & On-Call RequirementsThis position requires an on-call schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, to support trauma cases as they arise. While this level of availability is essential for the role, we understand it may not be suitable for every candidate. Candidates who choose not to pursue this position due to the on-call demands will not be negatively evaluated or penalized in future opportunities with our organization.What You Will DoAs an Associate Sales Representative for Stryker’s Joint Replacement, Mako Robotic-Arm Assisted Surgery, and Trauma portfolios, you will play a key role in transforming orthopedic care. You will be responsible for driving market adoption of Stryker’s innovative implants and robotic technologies, with a strong focus on Mako SmartRobotics™. In this role, you will become a trusted clinical partner in the OR and a strategic consultant to hospital stakeholders, enabling surgical teams to deliver precise, data-driven joint replacement outcomes.Sell and support Stryker’s joint replacement implants, trauma systems, and Mako SmartRobotics™ platformProvide hands-on procedural support for Total Knee, Total Hip, Partial Knee arthroplasty, and trauma systems casesCollaborate with cross functional partners to ensure seamless installation, maintenance, and intraoperative use of productsEducate and train orthopedic surgeons, nurses, and clinical staff on the safe and effective use of productsServe as the primary resource during surgeries to troubleshoot real-time technical issuesConsistently achieve or exceed territory sales quotas and performance targets through strategic account developmentEnsure compliance with OR protocols, infection control procedures, and quality system requirementsManages and maintains a sample inventory of productsWhat You NeedRequiredBachelor’s degree1+ years of professional experienceMust have reliable daily transportation and the ability to travel as needed—by ground or air—to support territory coverage and other company dutiesMust have a valid driver’s licensePreferredBachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, Kinesiology, or a health-related discipline1+ years of outside sales experienceAdditional Information:Must be able to travel (ground and air) to support territory responsibilities as well as company-related duties and obligations Canada Pay Ranges:Canada: $70,000 - $80,000 and is eligible to earn variable commission + benefits. Travel Percentage: 30%
