Work Flexibility: HybridStryker's Commercial team sits at the hub of our ANZ business. We shape long term partnerships with our largest customers and the major private buying groups, not transactional contracts. This role is for someone already operating at a corporate, customer facing level who wants a bigger, more complex canvas to play on.What you'll doOwn the commercial relationship with a portfolio of strategic customers and private buying groupsLead complex negotiations and renewals end to end with Pricing, Financial Solutions and LegalBuild the long term partnership strategy for each account, including P&L, rebates and growthInfluence across Sales, BU Directors and the leadership team to land "One Stryker" outcomesWhat you'll bringCorporate level sales, commercial or strategic account experienceA track record of structuring and landing complex, multi stakeholder dealsA history of crafting creative, considered solutions to deals that don't fit a standard modelStrong commercial acumen, comfortable in a P&L, rebate and pricing conversationBuilds trust quickly and holds multiple priorities at once without losing the detailThrives in a matrix and influences without needing authorityWhy this roleReal exposure across the entire ANZ business and our biggest customersA team built end to end for strategic partnership: Tenders, Financial Solutions, Pricing Analytics and Business Managers all working togetherHybrid working with regular customer engagement built into the rhythm of the roleTravel Percentage: 10%
