Work Flexibility: Field-basedWhat you will doDrive sales of capital and disposable medical devices within assigned territory, consistently achieving or exceeding revenue and margin targetsDevelop and execute territory plans to build a strong and sustainable sales pipeline and deliver against budget expectationsEngage surgeons, theatre staff, and hospital administrators to deliver product demonstrations and clinical support during proceduresIdentify, acquire, and onboard new customers while maintaining and growing existing accounts to increase market shareOrganize and deliver product trainings, workshops, and in-theatre support sessions to ensure effective product adoptionCoordinate product logistics, including consignment, loan kits, and inventory, in partnership with internal stakeholdersMonitor territory performance, analyze market trends, and adapt strategies to respond to changing conditionsMaintain accurate sales activity records, customer interactions, and forecasting data, ensuring timely purchase order collectionWhat you will needRequiredDiploma or Degree in a relevant fieldMinimum 2 years of experience in medical device sales )Minimum 2 years of experience supporting cases in operating theatre or clinical environmentsFull professional proficiency in EnglishValid driver’s licensePreferredExperience in Sports Medicine or Visualization fieldExperience selling both capital equipment and disposable medical productsExperience managing a defined sales territory with revenue responsibilityStryker South Africa is committed to promoting equity, diversity, and an inclusive workplace.
