Field Operations Associate - 1st Shift - $28.70/hr

Work Flexibility: OnsiteSchedule1st Shift: Mon – Fri, 7am – 3:30pmOvertime based on business needsOn-call rotation, requiredWhat you will doAs a Field Operations Associate, you will compile and inspect incoming/outgoing kits for compliance with specifications and usage, and make medical device deliveries.Inspect products and keep record of damaged, defective, shortages of, movement of, and expired products using computer systemsCheck inventory records to determine availability of requested productsClean and maintain supplies, tools, equipment, and storage areas to ensure compliance with safety regulationsConfer with distribution, sales, shipping, warehouse, or common carrier personnel to expedite or trace deliveriesInvestigate customer complaints and track service levels/problem solve any discrepanciesWork with internal resources for alternative product obtainment (e.g., loaner bank, other warehouses, consignments)Organize, retrieve, or place goods from/into stock received via multiple sourcesLoad, unload, or stack containers, materials, or products while checking for sterility, missing/broken implants & instruments Deliver equipment to customer sites and arrange merchandise for transport (on delivery and return)Advise supervisor when repairs or extensive maintenance are required for the company vehicle What you needRequiredHigh School Diploma or GEDTwo (2) years’ relevant work experiencePossess a valid driver’s license with no restrictionsAbility to lift, push, pull and carry up to 50 lbsAbility to work flexible hours, as needed to support the business needs, including weekends, evenings, and holidays as neededParticipate in on-call rotationPreferredWarehouse/ inventory control experience in a fast-paced environmentMedical/ hospital experience   $28.70 per hour plus bonus eligible + benefits.   Travel Percentage: 10%Stryker Corporation is an equal opportunity employer.
