Work Flexibility: Hybrid or OnsiteResponsibilities（職務内容）Responsibility and accountability for the development, delivery, implementation reporting of S.F.D.C to achieve key business objectives across Japan CommercialEngage with relevant internal stakeholders to implement S.F.D.C functionalities to drive the business needs and support the sales strategyDevelop tailored dashboards / reports to monitor performance data and track progress ensuring they are easy to use and implement for the end userReinforce digital marketing and sales force leveraging the SFDC functionalities and Ai technologies for entire Japan businessMeasure the activity of the sales force and monitor their results while also aligned to the needs of relevant stakeholdersContemplate the sales strategy and territory design working with commercial leadership based on activities and market dataAdhere, without exception, to Corporate compliance and ethics policiesRequirements（求めるスキル・経験等）Strong leadership capabilitiesHigh level of computer literacy and knowledge of business systems, in particular, need to highly experienced S.F.D.C  Data management skills and experience for delivering the data generated by salesforcePower BI / Excel by Power Query/Pivot / SQL data collectingExcellent communication, relationship-building, organizational, and presentation skillsStrong oral and written communication skills in Japanese and English to effectively build relationships with stakeholders across the business both at a local and regional/global levelEnglish　Language Skill （英語力）　ビジネスレベルの英語力を有するものを優遇（Fluent in English ）Travel Percentage: None
