This is a fixed-term contract with genuine interest in transitioning to a permanent position.What you will doPartner with business stakeholders to provide legal advice across commercial, corporate, labour, technology transfer and foreign investment mattersLead the drafting, review and negotiation of contracts, agreements and legal documents to ensure compliance and reduce organisational riskInterpret and apply relevant laws, regulations and case law to inform business decisions and strategic initiativesConduct legal research and deliver clear, actionable insights on regulatory changes and their impact on operationsAssess complex legal scenarios and recommend solutions by evaluating risks, trade-offs and commercial implicationsCollaborate with internal stakeholders and external legal advisors to resolve legal matters and ensure aligned outcomesReview compliance frameworks and materials to ensure adherence to applicable laws, policies and industry standardsDeliver high-quality legal support across projects, ensuring outputs meet timelines, quality expectations and business needsWhat you will needRequired QualificationsBachelor of Laws (LLB) or equivalent legal degreeAdmission to practice law in a relevant jurisdictionMinimum 10 years of professional legal experience in commercial, corporate or regulatory lawDemonstrated experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts and legal agreementsDemonstrated experience advising business stakeholders on legal and regulatory mattersPreferred QualificationsPostgraduate legal qualification (e.g., Juris Doctor or Master of Laws)Experience working within a multinational or highly regulated industryAt Stryker, you’ll join a team driven to make healthcare better—where your expertise will play a critical role in enabling innovation, supporting our people and delivering meaningful outcomes for customers and patients.Travel Percentage: 10%
