It involves owning the product lifecycle, including vision, strategy, technical delivery, and team member collaboration to ensure successful outcomes. The role requires balancing customer insights, technical feasibility, and business goals to prioritize and deliver product features effectively. Success is measured by product performance, customer satisfaction, and the ability to drive growth through innovative solutions. The work impacts the organization by enabling cross-functional teams to deliver products that enhance customer experiences and achieve business results.Job Responsibilities:Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle by defining vision, strategy, and roadmap to align with business and technical goalsConduct market and customer research to find opportunities and advise product decisions based on data analysis and customer feedbackTranslate product strategy into detailed features and user stories, running the product backlog to support Agile development teamsCollaborate with cross-functional teams and collaborators to coordinate release schedules and ensure timely product deliveryMonitor product performance and quality in production, addressing defects and driving continuous improvementAlso responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as neededEducation and Work Experience:Bachelor's Degree plus 5 years of related work experience OR Advanced degree with 3 years of related experience (Required)Acceptable areas of study include Computer Science, Engineering, IT or equivalent experience. (Required)3+ years experience in hands on technical role writing production code, solution engineering, or technical architecture in large scale company/ application/product environment. (Required)5+ years of relevant Product Management experience in an agile software product development environment. (Required)Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:Agile Methodologies: Proven success in delivering software with Agile Scrum methodologies and other commonly used tools. (Required)Technical Writing: Strong requirements elicitation, and confirmed writing skills including the ability to write concisely and clearly for different audiences. (Required)Agile Project Management: Experience with Agile backlog/project management tools. (Required)Collaboration: Experience with successive elaboration and ability to develop Initiatives, Features and User Stories that the DevOps teams can ingest. (Required)Project Management: Experience in delivering large and sophisticated business/technology initiatives as Product Manager or lead technology role. (Required)Communication: Validated ability to effectively and efficiently connect with Leadership, while employing a high degree of teamwork and influence. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to a variety of audiences including executives and non-technical leaders. (Required)MS SQL Fluent with SQL, Tableau, other analytical solutions like SAS, SPSS. (Required)Technology: Knowledge of full technology stack on which your assigned product runs. (Required)Business Analysis: Strong analytical skills with demonstrated ability to identify/analyze/synthesize product use data. (Required)Licenses and Certifications:Certified Scrum Master (CSM) Scrum Product Owner Certification (CSPO) (Preferred)Other Technical Certification Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) (Preferred)At least 18 years of ageLegally authorized to work in the United StatesTravel:Travel Required (Yes/No): Yes, may require up to 10% travel based on business needs.DOT Regulated:DOT Regulated Position (Yes/No): NoSafety Sensitive Position (Yes/No): No Base Pay Range: $103,400 - $186,400Corporate Bonus Target: 15%The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
