This role requires someone who can work under minimal direction from leadership and collaboratively with stakeholders, make sound decisions in complex situations, and solve unique problems by taking new approaches and considering alternate perspectives.In this role, you will Lead the planning and execution of website features to raise the Bank's profile and help audiences find and consume published contentWork collaboratively with stakeholders to address their business needs and offer consultation on website best practicesOversee the complete content lifecycle from ideation to launchConduct competitive research and data analysis to identify opportunities for new or improved featuresCreate wireframes to convey suggested feature concepts visuallyPerform SEO/GEO research and write an annual SEO/GEO strategy to improve search visibilityEnsure consistency in content tone, style, and quality for the target audienceConduct content audits to ensure the website pages are following standards and identify gaps or opportunitiesMaintain, prioritize and communicate the Web Content Strategy (WCS) backlog and/or website roadmap ensuring stakeholders’ needs are documented and prioritizedMay lead feature planning workshops with stakeholders and cross-functional teamsResponsible for the project management of features planned for current and upcoming Program Increment ensuring quality and on-time deliveryMonitor web traffic, engagement, and conversion metrics to evaluate website performance. Use data gathered to inform future feature development and share with others to make sound decisionsOther duties as assignedExperienceBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Information Technology or related field7+ years of related experience in content strategy, digital strategy, product, marketing, or digital communicationsProven project management experience (PMP, a plus)Knowledge and Skills AreaKnowledge Extensive knowledge of digital content procedures and practicesProficient knowledge of web technologiesProficient understanding of UX design and Search Engine/AI search optimizationSkillsExcellent verbal and written communication skills with strong writing, research, and analytical abilitiesWell-developed critical thinking skills with sound judgment and ability to manage multiple prioritiesAbility to solve complex problems by taking new perspectives using existing solutionsProficiency in SEO/GEO, content management systems (CMS), and analytics tools is a plusStrong partnership and collaboration skills across technology and business linesExperience/familiarity with HTML, CSS, and Sitecore is a plusThe expected starting salary range for the Website Content Strategist is between $111,400 and $139,200 annually. Final salary and offer will be determined by the applicant’s background, experience, skills, internal equity, and market data.
