Job DescriptionRESPONSIBILITIES Job description summaryThe Lead Global Sourcing Manager - CCA is responsible for leading a team that drives innovative problem solving, commercial execution, process improvement, and customer-focused support across the business. This role provides day-to-day leadership, sets priorities, removes roadblocks, and builds team capability while ensuring strong execution against business objectives. The successful candidate will bring a customer service mindset, proven leadership experience, and the ability to coach junior buyers, influence across functions, and lead through change with speed, professionalism, and accountability.What you'll doLead and develop a team supporting customer care and aftersales priorities across assigned workstreamsCoach junior buyers and developing team members on commercial judgment, systems, processes, and day-to-day problem solvingReinforce a strong customer-first mindset in every interaction with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and cross-functional partnersPromote creative thinking and practical solutions to business challenges, supplier issues, and process gapsSupport escalations, remove roadblocks, and help the team resolve issues quickly with professionalism and urgencyDrive consistency in communication, documentation, and follow-through across team deliverablesChampion process simplification, standardization, and continuous improvement opportunitiesUse data, dashboards, and operating metrics to monitor progress, identify risks, and improve executionBuild strong partnerships across Engineering, Supply Chain, Launch and Availability, Packaging, Finance, and Purchasing to align priorities and drive decisions Your skills & abilities (required qualifications)Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Finance, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience5+ years of work experience in the related fields (preferred)Supply Chain, Finance/Engineering/Logistics Certifications (preferred)Experience in purchasing, supply chain, operations, customer service, or a related business functionExperience coaching buyers or leading talent and developing cost savings initiativesExperience working across Customer Care and Aftersales, purchasing, packaging, launch, or supply chain operationsExperience leading process improvement efforts that simplify work and improve customer outcomesAbility to balance strategic thinking with day-to-day operational executionStrong customer service orientation with a track record of building trusted relationships across the organization Skills:Strong Technical capabilities including Data Mining and Analysis including knowledge of SQL, Tableau and MS Access (preferred)Ability to manage sourcing projectsHigh Analytic Capability in situations which are ambiguous and complexStrong Senior Leadership presentation skillsHigh level of oral and written communications skillsAbility to work independently and as a member of cross-functional teamsAbility to lead a project from start to finishPrior team lead, mentoring, or project leadership experience in a complex business environmentExperience coaching buyers or leading talent development initiativesExperience working across Customer Care and Aftersales, purchasing, packaging, launch, or supply chain operationsExperience leading process improvement efforts that simplify work and improve customer outcomesAbility to balance strategic thinking with day-to-day operational executionStrong customer service orientation with a track record of building trusted relationships across the organizationLocation: Hybrid.
