This role focuses on tracking transportation activities, maintaining accurate shipment and invoice records, verifying documentation, and communicating schedules and logistics issues across teams. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, organized, and thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing logistics environment. This position plays a critical role in ensuring transportation accuracy, operational efficiency, and effective coordination across supply chain stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesTrack and report transportation activities, costs, and expenditures across multiple transportation modesVerify shipping documents, invoices, and checklists for completeness and accuracyMaintain detailed records of shipments, freight costs, and logistics transactionsCommunicate shipping and receiving schedules to internal stakeholdersIdentify and escalate transportation or logistics issues to appropriate teamsSupport transportation operations through coordination, organization, and follow-throughEnsure compliance with established logistics processes and documentation standardsRequired SkillsStrong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracyProblem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve logistics issuesPlanning and organizing skills to manage multiple prioritiesEffective written and verbal communication skillsDecision-making and critical thinking capabilitiesAbility to adapt to changing priorities and operational needsCustomer-focused mindset with strong service orientationPreferred SkillsExperience in transportation, logistics, shipping, or supply chain operationsFamiliarity with shipment tracking systems or ERP/logistics platformsExperience in manufacturing, distribution, or warehouse environmentsExposure to freight cost tracking, invoicing, or transportation reportingDegree or equivalent experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field  Summary Pay Range:$72,360.00 - $108,540.00Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience.
