Together, we are building a better world, so we can all enjoy living in it.Role:Supervises, schedules, coordinates, and controls the production schedules; reviews and manages the production process efficiency and quality.What the candidate will do:Develop and maintain the Master Production Schedule (MPS) according to demand, customer orders, and business priorities.Sequence production orders considering plant capacity, material availability, changeover times (setups), and operational constraints.Directing master production schedules; reviewing workflow of production workers, inventory levels, capacity constraints, machine breakdowns, product quality, etc. to ensure operational excellenceAnalyzing and troubleshooting planned production scheduling problems like bottlenecks, installed capacity, and efficiency, recommending process improvements to optimize the scheduling process.Ensure compliance with On-Time Delivery (OTD) targets and minimize delays and obsolete inventoryAnalyze key performance indicators such as schedule adherence, WIP, lead time, aged production orders and capacity utilizationCollaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve product-related issues and incorporate customer and business requirements.Education requirement:Bachelor’s degree: In Industrial Engineer Administrator, Mechanical Engineer Administrator or Related Careers.Intermediate English ConversationalWhat skills the ideal candidate will have:Effective Communication:Applies tools and techniques to convey and interpret ideas clearly.Uses language and non-verbal cues effectively.Understands its importance in business success.Problem SolvingIntermediate proficiency in Office 365, especially Excel (pivot tables, basic functions, and reporting).Strong analytical mindset to address challenges related to production, materials, and scheduling.Production Scheduling and ControlMinimum 1 year in production scheduling.Proficient in the use of MRP systems for material planning and control.
