We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to manage our comprehensive payroll operations and services. If you are passionate about accuracy, compliance, and providing excellent employee support, and are excited to join an international payroll team covering EAME but based from Peterborough, we would love to hear from you!What You Will DoThe role involves managing various aspects of payroll to ensure employees receive accurate and timely payments. You will be accountable for a wide range of payroll duties, ensuring timely and accurate salary processing while maintaining regulatory compliance and supporting internal stakeholders. Your primary responsibilities will include:Managing the payroll cycle, from data collection to disbursementCreating and maintaining payroll reports and recordsEnsuring payroll accuracy and compliance with regulationsAssisting in payroll auditsEnforcing internal payroll controlsAddressing employee payroll inquiriesWhat You Will HaveSkill DescriptorsService Excellence: Knowledge of customer service concepts and techniques; ability to meet or exceed customer needs and expectations and provide excellent service in a direct or indirect manner.
