Additional Information: Relocation assistance is NOT available for this position. Starting Pay: $23.00, additional based on experienceWill receive a shift premiumSchedule: Regular schedule is Monday - Friday 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM, Currently working Monday - Friday 6:00 PM – 5:00 AM, will eventually change to 10 days on, 4 days offOvertime based on business need, weekends as needed What you will do:Process incoming iron starts to finish. Able to accept equipment from delivery, recertify equipment, load equipment for delivery, complete all associate paperwork, perform quality check, and manage inventory (without supervision)Assists Iron Technicians during the disassembling phaseClean, strip and inspect all required flow control componentsPrepare flow control products for Gauging, Ultra Sonic, and MPI inspectionsAbility to demonstrate the disassemble of flow control products per Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)Ability to identify SPM and Customer productAbility to assemble flow control productNondestructive Testing Trainee (NDT Trainee)Manifold tear down/rebuild traineeDemonstrates computer skills for the SPM AMP SystemInventory Incoming IronProvides proper care and maintenance of all shop tools, equipment, and work areaMonitors daily work activities to ensure requirements are metPerforms other routine duties as assigned What you will have: Three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience is desired but not requiredDemonstrate consistency, accountability, reliability, and solid work ethicAbility to operate hand tools such as hammers and screw driversWorking knowledge of oil and gas equipment Physical Demands: Frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms and talk or hearRequired to sit; climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawlMust occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 poundsSpecific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focusMust be able to wear protective footwear and other Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required by the departmentWork Environment: Regularly exposed to fumes or airborne particlesFrequently exposed to moving mechanical parts and outside weather conditionsOccasionally exposed to high, precarious places and vibrationNoise Level: Moderate Summary Pay Range:$23.00 - $30.75Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience.
