Together, we are building a better world, so we can all enjoy living in it.Job DescriptionCat Customer Support is seeking a QA (Quality Assurance) Analyst to ensure the reliability, accuracy, and usability of systems and integrations, with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365). This role acts as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams, ensuring solutions are accurate, trusted, easy to use.Key ResponsibilitiesReview and analyze business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria to ensure testability and completeness.Validate end-to-end financial transaction flows across D365 and integrated systems.Design and execute test plans, test cases, and scenarios aligned to business workflows.Create, execute, and maintain manual test cases, test plans, and test scenariosPerform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) supportIdentify, document, track, and validate defects through resolution using established ALM toolsCollaborate with developers and automation engineers to validate fixes and ensure adequate test coverageValidate data integrity, business rules, security roles, and system configurationsParticipate in backlog refinement, sprint planning, and sprint reviews to provide a quality perspectiveSupport release readiness activities and provide quality sign-off recommendationsContribute to continuous improvement of QA processes, standards, and documentationContribute to automated test case development using existing frameworks (not framework ownership)Translate manual test cases into repeatable automated tests where appropriateExecute automated test suites and analyze resultsAssist in maintaining test data and test execution environmentsSupport integration of automated tests into CI/CD pipelinesCollaborate with Developers and System Administrators on improving test coverage and reliabilityExperienceBachelor’s degree2+ years experience in QA/testing.Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365.Strong understanding of test case design, execution, and defect tracking.Experience testing integrations, APIs, and data-intensive systems.Strong communication skills to translate technical issues for business stakeholders. Posting Dates:June 25, 2026 - July 8, 2026Caterpillar is an Equal Opportunity Employer.  Qualified applicants of any age are encouraged to applyNot ready to apply?
