What You Will Do Ensure welds are performed to drawing and weld proceduresPerform pre-weld visual fit up and welding equipment verificationPerform post-weld visual inspection to ensure Quality requirements are achievedDefine re-work and repair schemes and document accordinglyMentor and provide constructive feedback to Fitting and Welding OperatorsUndertake department spot checks to ensure TPM and continued NADCAP complianceParticipate in RRCA investigations and support implementing robust corrective actionsSupport improvement activities to remove waste and improve efficiencyWhat You Will LearnProfessional Development: Access to company-paid certifications and training programs, mentorship and guidance from industry leaders, leadership opportunities, spearhead exciting high-impact projects and initiatives.
