We put our systems together, exercise them in the lab or in the field, measure and analyze performance, and make sure our products work the first time and every time. To accomplish this, we develop plans and procedures, debug and evaluate system functions and interfaces, develop test environments, and work hand-in-hand with our customers. SETC is an exciting and challenging environment where you will have the opportunity to design, develop and test to shape innovative solutions for our customers.What You Will Do:Support new business capture phase by defining scope, building customer confidence, and generating proposals in response to incoming RFPsDevelop Basis of Estimates (BOEs), obtain functional approval, and present at gate reviewsAuthor Statements of Work (SOWs) for potential subcontractsManage the concurrent execution of multiple contracts, including customers across multiple continentsContribute to IMS creation by providing inputs to the Project Management Office (PMO) for all effortsLead a multidisciplinary team to successfully integrate the Javelin Weapon System into novel platforms including vehicle, robotic, and naval platformsDevelop test procedures with a strong understanding of test coverage and identification of any potential testing gapsIdentify, secure funding for, and lead the development of any missing hardware, software, firmware, or simulation integration infrastructureWork with tactical Javelin rounds to successfully execute live fire eventsSupport live fire events, conduct range surveys, and lead test readiness and flight readiness reviewsOversee the entire integration lifecycle, from request for information through contract signing, execution, hardware decommissioning, and project closeout reportsCollaborate with Global Trade to manage international hardware shipments within complex contractual structures and act as hardware custodian.Travel domestically and internationally up to 25%Qualifications You Must Have:Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 10 years of prior relevant experience.Experience with Supplier Statements of Work (SOW) Experience creating Basis of Estimates (BOE) Experience with Test Readiness Reviews (TRR), Engineering Safety Review Board (ESRB) reviews, and/or Consent to Ship (CTS) reviews Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date.
