Information Workplace Services collaborate with many teams to support exciting, critical programs with classified information system capabilities. Success in this role means you can develop, implement, and maintain secure, cost-efficient environments across various classified programs. Program teams rely on your collaboration and guidance to define computing requirements and create end-to-end solutions to solve complex IT infrastructure problems.What You Will Do:You will be supporting a Raytheon program in a classified environment as a System Administrator:You will be responsibilities include the monitoring and support of systems that are operational 24x7 and which occasionally require work effort beyond standard work hours.This position is 8x5 with after-hours call-in responsibility.You will collaborate with many teams to support exciting, critical programs with classified information system capabilities.Success in this role means you will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining system health and security posture, directly supporting customer mission-critical capabilities.Will work closely with program developers and system engineers to research issues, determine root causes, and implement solutions to system problems. Additionally, the position serves as a help desk team member in a customer-facing environment, so the ability to communicate effectively and respectfully with other teams and with the customer is of utmost importance, as you will be expected to uphold our excellent reputation.The ability to work effectively with frequent and direct customer interaction in a real-time operational environmentThe ability to work under pressure in restoring high priority systems back to operationsThis position is 100% onsite in Stennis, MS.Qualifications You Must Have:Requires a bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2 years or prior relevant experienceMust have an active and transferable U.S. government issued TS/SCI with poly security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearanceBy start date must have an active DoD 8570 IAT Level 2 certification (or higher) on start date.
