We are in a new era within Aerospace Reliability Engineering, as new technologies require a new approach to addressing long term reliability. This position will afford the opportunity to develop assessment methodologies and pursue research toward fulfilling this need.This role will be onsite in Cedar Rapids, IA.  Relocation assistance is available.What You Will Do:Perform Reliability Assessments, which includes performing reliability predictions to establish MTBF estimates and component failure rates. These analyses utilize the 217Plus methodology and include utilizing field performance of similar equipment when applicable to increase accuracy of the assessment.Perform Accelerated Stress Testing (AST) and developing Environmental Stress Screening (ESS) profiles.
