Join us and help shape the future of aerospace and defense.Sign-on Bonus Eligible What You Will Do:Responsible for providing guidance, coaching, and training to other employees.Integrate electrical components and wiring into design while meeting vendor and OEM requirements.Verify system configuration and block diagram.Operate in a team environment with other functional areas providing input to design solutions and participate in design reviews.Oversee Electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, Harness assembly drawing, Circuit Breakers, and Electrical Loads Analysis.  Coordinate Aircraft electrical mission equipment installations.Identify, document, and communicate significant design and integration risks for timely review and resolution.Monitoring and reporting of aircraft installation design milestones and reporting status to project/program management.Be self-directed, able to meet cost, schedule, and performance objectives with minimal oversight.What You Will Learn:You will learn the process of component selection for military aircraft and be a large part of selecting those parts for future customers (PM&P).You will learn Cable and Harness Design (A-Kit).You will learn the Basics of Cost accounts.You will learn SDRL development and Submittal.Qualifications You Must Have:The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required.
