Make a difference with a career at Pratt & Whitney.Job DescriptionThe EH&S Regional Lead will play a critical role in supporting Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Management System primarily across the P&W Organization in APAC. The role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, highly organized, and passionate about advancing EHS excellence through structured support, data management, and cross-functional collaboration.What You Will DoPotential additional duties include region leader training and process development.Responsible for driving the culture and providing excellent customer support for all sites within a region.Maintain a considerate and reciprocal relationship with site leadership and staff to influence the design and rollout of key initiatives and drive site-level execution to achieve desired results.Responsible for cascading policy deployment improvement targets and strategic direction to P&W APAC Organization Leadership, Site General Managers, site EH&S Managers, site EH&S Councils or other staff.Provide strategic direction and influence, leadership, and technical support to advance EH&S programs, and provide oversight to help ensure all facilities are in compliance with local, state, in-country, and RTX/PW EH&S requirements.Assist site with implementation of the RTX EH&S management system. including, but not limited to: Data Management and Reporting; and Annual Planning; Training: EH&S Region Leader will lead the EH&S onboarding of new or transferred GMs and EH&S Professionals; EH&S Region Lead will also participate / support Incident InvestigationSupport regulatory compliance, serious incidents, recordable and loss time investigationsValidate root cause and mistake proofingEstablish routine communications with site EH&S managersSolicit and share best practices across the region and companyProvide regular updates and communications with P&W EH&S leadership and staffStaffing and Employee Development:Assist in the hiring and development of EH&S staffSupport career development plans and performance reviews50% amount of travel (sites' visits)Qualifications You Must HaveBS degree in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, Health & Safety or related technical discipline and 5+ years of work experience in EH&SCSP ( Certified Safety Professional)Prior experience preferred in an industrial manufacturing environmentPreference is for professionals located in SingaporeSeeking highly motivated individual, with strategic leadership ability and excellent social and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to influence all levels of management to achieve desired resultsChange agent who anticipates potential issues and impact on the business, and dedicatedly resolve with minimal supervisionProficient in Mandarin will be an added advantage to liaise and communicate with Chinses speaking stakeholders.What We OfferCareer and skills development opportunities.Employee scholarship program for further education.Comprehensive health, medical and dental benefits.On-the-job training and in-house/external certifications.Competitive renumeration package.Allowance and overtime benefits where appliable.Company transport provided.
