Join us and help shape the future of aerospace and defense.What You Will Do *Manage task-based, or small to medium projects with minimal guidance from Program/Project engineering group. Responsible for developing the project plan, project schedule, resource plan and project budget with the project team.Responsible for tracking recurring and non-recurring costs, including project cost.Responsible for ensuring scope change is identified, documented, and communicated to the project stakeholders.Performing critical path analysis and utilizing earned value managementTracking and monitoring project milestonesResponsible for tracking engineering metrics like On-time delivery, Quality, etc.Deploying Project Management methods and procedures to ensure adherence to lay down PM practices. Coordinating with supply chain/sourcing/purchase/cross-function department for projectsLeading project reviews with Management/Counterparts in USA/Other CountriesIdentifying Risk triggers and applying Risk Management practices to mitigate/avoid project Risks.Qualifications You Must Have *B.E/B. Tech -- Software/Communication/Electronics/ElectricalHands-on experience in Embedded software development, V&V experience following DO178 guideline.Qualifications We PreferAerospace domain, or similar domains like Automotive or medical devices.Familiarity with design techniques, procedures, and standardsGood analytical skillsExperience in DOORS / Synergy CM / Synergy Change / Polarion will be a plusLearn More & Apply NowPlease ensure the role type defined below is appropriate for your needs before applying to this role.
