From automating processes to leveraging smart factory technologies, robotics,and additive manufacturing, GE Aerospace is shaping the future of aviation at GE Aerospace Engine Services Singapore (GEAESS).GEAESS is our largest site for engine component Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO), responsible for more than 60% of our global repair volume.Role Overview:Support the development and implementation of LMS system.Collaborate with various departments (e.g., engineering, operations, labs) to identify pain points and propose solutions.Participate in data collection, cleaning, and preparation activities to support digital transformation projects.Contribute to the creation of documentation, training materials, and presentations related to workflow projects.Support project management activities, including tracking progress, identifying risks, and communicating updates.Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) for new digital solutions and gather feedback for continuous improvement.Assist in the maintenance and optimization of existing digital systems and processes.Create onboarding content/digital learning materials with VR/AR toolsIdeal CandidateProactive, detail-oriented student with strong analytical and problem-solving skills who is eager to learn and apply digital technologies in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Communicate effectively, manage multiple tasks independently, and bring a strong interest in improving systems, workflows, and learning solutions through innovation.Required QualificationsCurrently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in aerospace, Aviation, or a related field.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen interest in digital technologies.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).Preferred QualificationsFamiliarity with VR/AR tools is a plus.Basic understanding of project management principles is desirable.Prior internship experience in a technology or business environment is an advantage.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn new technologies and processes.Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.At GE Aerospace, we have a relentless dedication to the future of safe and more sustainable flight and believe in our talented people to make it happen.
