And together, we must leverage the strength of our team to collaborate globally to optimize connections and share best practices across the Tech Centers.Role OverviewJoin a newly established Enterprise Knowledge Management capability within the Central Data & Analitics Office! You will be at the forefront of building a discipline that makes institutional knowledge findable, defined, trusted, and maintained so that teams across the enterprise can act with confidence and speed.Knowledge Management sits alongside Data Strategy, Data Quality & Stewardship, and Data Standards & Privacy to form the broader governance and enablement model. Your specific focus is on adoption and value: ensuring that the standards, definitions, and knowledge assets this team produces are actually used, embedded in workflows, and delivering measurable outcomes across divisions.This is a greenfield role with enterprise scope. You will shape the engagement model, build partnerships with divisional leaders, define how we measure success, and scale KM practices into day-to-day work across R&D, Manufacturing, Commercial, and Corporate functions. The knowledge and context you help scale becomes the foundation for how the enterprise makes its data self-describing, interpretable, and trusted for any downstream use, including AI.What will you do in this roleDefine and own the enterprise KM adoption roadmap, including domain prioritization, user journey sequencing, and phased engagement.Design and operationalize the KM value scorecard covering reuse, time savings, reduced duplication, compliance improvement, and adoption rates.Build trusted relationships with divisional leaders and act as the primary engagement point for KM adoption across the enterprise.Act as a credible change agent to align KM practices with business strategy and embed them into everyday workflows.Establish and grow communities of practice and SME networks that share patterns, improve consistency, and accelerate knowledge reuse.Design and deliver KM enablement programs including training, onboarding, office hours, and learning paths for priority user groups.Lead awareness and activation campaigns that increase usage and reduce friction.Implement and support the KM governance framework including forum cadence, attendance, and decision tracking.Build a pipeline of quantified KM success stories validated by partner teams and present them in leadership forums.Provide regular reporting to senior leadership on adoption progress, value delivered, and investment priorities.What should you havePrimary Skill-Data Governance, Enterprise Data Management, data landscapes across domains/divisions.Secondary Skills-change management and adoption strategy,12+ years in knowledge management, data governance, change management, organizational enablement, program management, or strategic engagement roles within a large enterprise.2+ years in a senior or leadership capacity with demonstrated ownership of cross-functional strategy.Proven experience building and scaling adoption programs, engagement models, or enablement functions across multiple business units.Track record defining KPIs, value scorecards, and quantifying business impact for senior leadership audiences.Experience operating in a hub-and-spoke or federated operating model, setting standards centrally while enabling local execution.Strong communication skills with the ability to create compelling narratives, executive presentations, and playbooks.Demonstrated ability to navigate complex matrix organizations and influence without direct authority.Experience partnering with data governance, data quality, or data stewardship teams to drive adoption of enterprise standards.Desired Skills and ExperienceExperience in pharmaceutical, life sciences, or highly regulated industries.Familiarity with how AI/ML systems consume governed data and knowledge (e.g., retrieval patterns, semantic search, structured metadata).Experience with KM or collaboration platforms such as Confluence, SharePoint, or Collibra.Background in organizational development, learning & development, or internal communications.Understanding of data governance operating models, metadata standards, or enterprise data domain management.Experience mentoring or developing junior team members.Our technology teams operate as business partners, proposing ideas and innovative solutions that enable new organizational capabilities.
