You will work across Microsoft Power Platform and broader engineering technologies, helping build scalable, compliant, and high-impact digital solutions.ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and implement software solutions aligned with business and digital transformation objectivesBuild applications using Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven), Dataverse, and Power AutomateSupport the design and implementation of Dataverse data models, security roles, and ALM practicesDevelop integrations with enterprise systems (e.g., APIs, SAP, middleware platforms) following established patterns and standardsApply best practices in low-code and pro-code development, including code quality, testing, and maintainabilityCollaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, Quality, Regulatory, and Production to deliver impactful solutionsEnsure solutions meet regulatory, data governance, and compliance requirementsTroubleshoot, enhance, and optimize applications for performance, usability, and scalabilityContribute to automation and digital tool adoption to improve efficiency and delivery speedParticipate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities in alignment with CI/CD practicesStay current with emerging technologies and apply guidance on low-code vs. custom engineering approachesApply a strong engineering mindset when developing solutions, ensuring Power Platform is used appropriately within a broader enterprise architecture—not as a standalone or default approachRequiredBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field5+ years of experience in software developmentHands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including: Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven), Dataverse (data modeling, security, governance), Power Automate (workflow automation and integration)Experience developing enterprise applications and integration solutions (APIs, services, middleware)Strong understanding of software engineering practices (version control, testing, CI/CD fundamentals)Ability to work in a regulated environment with attention to compliance and quality standardsStrong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks and contribute to complex initiativesPreferredMaster’s degreeExperience with enterprise-scale Power Platform implementationsExperience integrating with systems such as SAP and cloud platforms (Azure, middleware tools)Understanding of low-code vs. custom development trade-offsExperience in compliance-driven environments with a focus on auditability and data integrityPassion for building reusable components, automation, and improving development efficiencyWhat We OfferExciting work in a great team, global projects, international environmentOpportunity to learn and grow professionally within the company globallyPension and health (Canadian Medical) contributionsInternal reward system plus referral program5 weeks annual leave, 5 sick days, 15 days of certified sick leave paid above statutory requirements annually, 40 paid hours annually for volunteering activities, 12 weeks of parental contributionCafeteria for tax free benefits according to your choice (meal vouchers, sport, culture, health, travel, etc.), Multisport card, Vodafone, Raiffeisen Bank and Foodora discount programsUp-to-date laptop and iPhone, parking in the garage, showers, refreshmentsCompetitive salary, incentive pay, and many moreReady to take up the challenge?
