And together, we must leverage the strength of our team to collaborate globally to optimize connections and share best practices across the Tech Centers.Role OverviewAs a professional specializing in SAP BW HANA Analytics, you will design and develop analytical applications leveraging data modeling, data architecture, ETL, and end-user reporting & analytics. You will utilize your skills in SAP BW on HANA, SAP NATIVE HANA Modelling, SAP SLT and Reporting tools to deliver solutions.Your primary responsibilities will include: The role focuses on delivering scalable analytical solutions and partnering with stakeholders across Global Finance, Architecture & Delivery, Regional IT, and Local Finance to advance analytics-driven transformation. Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop BW  Artifacts (ADSO, Open ODS View, CompositeProvider, Transformations, Process Chains, InfoObjects, DataSources (including ODP/ODQ),  BEX Queries and reports, Dashboards and analytical Solutions to support Financial Analytics and Reporting.Work on data extraction from SAP source systems (ECC/S/4HANA).Hands on Experience on SAP HANA models(Graphical & SQL-based Calculation Views)Contribute to end‑to‑end data modelling, performance enhancements, and solution maintenance across SAP BW and HANA.Ensure data consistency, integrity, and performance optimization.Prepare and maintain technical and functional documentation. Support testing activities including unit testing, integration testing, and UAT.Develop and enable reporting solutions in SAP Analysis for Office and Power BI ensuring seamless integration with SAP HANA models.Engage with business and technical stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and deliver solutions.What You Should HavePrimary Skills: SAP BW,SQL, Native HANASecondary Skills: SAP Dataspheres/Sap BOBJ/SAP Analytics cloud3–5 years of hands-on experience in SAP BW/BI/BO and SAP Native HANA Modeling(Graphical/SQL).Strong expertise in SAP BW data modeling, including InfoObjects, DSOs, InfoCubes, InfoProviders, and BEx Queries/reporting.In-depth knowledge of SAP HANA technologies, including Calculation Views, stored procedures, and table functions.Hands-on experience with SAP SLT.Experience with SAP data extraction mechanisms such as ODP, generic extractors, and Data Sources.Functional understanding of FP&A, Manufacturing, Sales, and Capex processes.Experience working in an Agile development environment and using tools such as Jira.Proven ability to improve system performance through SQL tuning and indexing.Nice to Have :Knowledge of Power BI Reporting is an added advantageFamiliarity with compliance, security, and best practices specific to highly regulated industries (e.g., healthcare, pharmaceutical).Who we areWe are well known company Inc., Rahway, New Jersey, USA in the United States and Canada.
