Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our Market Access Insights & Forecasting organization. This role will support the development and delivery of insights related to Most Favored Nations (MFN) in support of Global Market Access (GMAx), helping the organization respond to a rapidly evolving pricing, reimbursement, and policy environment.The successful candidate will contribute to the design and delivery of MFN-related insights across policy, competitor, pricing, reimbursement, and market access domains. This role supports strategic market access decision-making through analytics, external landscape monitoring, and insight generation.This individual will synthesize inputs including primary and secondary research, external data platforms, policy monitoring, competitor intelligence, and internal business context to generate clear, actionable insights for GMAx stakeholders and cross-functional partners.The role is aligned with our global access insights framework, delivering descriptive, comparative, predictive, and technology-enabled insights to support planning, risk assessment, and business decision-making related to MFN.The position requires strong analytical thinking, collaboration, and the ability to translate complex external developments into relevant implications for business partners and senior stakeholders.Primary ResponsibilitiesBusiness Partnership & Insight DeliveryPartner with GMAx, pricing, and market access stakeholders to support business questions related to MFNSupport development of integrated insight plans and analyses to inform MFN-related strategy and planningDeliver clear, actionable insights on policy developments, competitor actions, launch dynamics, and pricing implicationsTranslate business questions into structured research and analytical approachesMFN Landscape Monitoring & Intelligence GenerationMonitor and synthesize the global policy, pricing, reimbursement, and competitor landscape related to MFNMaintain structured tracking of relevant pharmaceutical pricing reforms, manufacturer actions, and market events across key MFN reference marketsPrepare timely summaries, implications, and targeted analyses for GMAx and cross-functional stakeholdersIdentify emerging risks and opportunities for inline brands and pipeline assetsData Integration & AnalyticsUse available digital and AI-enabled tools to improve the speed and quality of insight generationIntegrate primary market research, secondary data, and external data sources into coherent analysesSupport scenario-based analyses related to MFN impact on pricing, access, reimbursement, and launch sequencingContribute to scalable and repeatable approaches for tracking and synthesizing MFN-related insightsCollaborate across analytics, forecasting, pricing, and digital teams to strengthen insight generation capabilitiesRequired EducationUndergraduate degree in related discipline requiredMBA or Master’s degree in Public Health, Health Economics, Pharmacy, Business, Statistics, Policy, or a related field preferredRequired Experience & SkillsMinimum of 5 years of relevant experience delivering insight or analytics projects in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry, including at least 2 years of experience in market access, pricing, reimbursement, policy, or related areasExperience in global market access, pricing, reimbursement, policy analytics, or related business analysisExperience supporting business decision-making in a complex and evolving external environmentExperience could be from a similar role in a pharmaceutical company, market access function, policy function, analytics team, or consulting environmentUnderstanding of global pricing and reimbursement dynamics, including policy and competitive developments that affect market access strategyFamiliarity with MFN-related business questions and implications for pricing, reimbursement, launch planning, and access decision-makingDemonstrated ability to synthesize multiple data sources into clear, actionable insights for stakeholdersStrong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across a matrixed organizationAbility to break down business questions into specific, tangible hypotheses and analytical requirementsExcellent problem-solving skills with an appreciation for data-driven analytical methodsAbility to operate effectively in a dynamic environment and manage multiple prioritiesPreferred ExperienceExperience with external pricing or market access platforms such as Navlin or similar toolsExperience applying AI or digital tools to insight generation, monitoring, or workflow improvementBackground in consulting,
