Job DescriptionThe Intercompany Senior Analyst is responsible for supporting intercompany accounting and reconciliation activities across multiple legal entities within the organization. This role ensures timely and accurate processing of intercompany transactions, assists with resolving discrepancies, and supports month-end and year-end close activities. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and eager to develop expertise in intercompany operations within a global finance environment.Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end intercompany accounting processesAssist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activitiesPrepare, review, and reconcile intercompany balances on a monthly basisInvestigate and resolve intercompany variances, discrepancies, and aging itemsCommunicate with internal stakeholders and finance teams across entities to ensure transaction accuracy.Assist with documentation for audits and internal controls.Help improve intercompany processes through data analysis and process review.Prepare reports and summaries related to intercompany activity as needed.Ensure timely intercompany settlements and support cash/netting processesSupport intercompany elimination entries and consolidation reportingMonitor compliance with internal controls, accounting policies, and SOX requirementsIdentify opportunities to improve intercompany processes, automation, and controlsRequired QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting, finance, shared services, or intercompany operations.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
