MAIN REPONSIBILITIES / DUTIESThe Medical Solution Supervisor is responsible for providing cost effective and innovative solutions to the development and needs of China Medical team in different areas, through engagement with a broader range of internal and external stakeholders, led by Pfizer and China Medical values.The Effectiveness and Compliance role of Medical Solution Supervisor, is responsible for supporting the implementation, coordination and continuous improvement of Medical Affairs operations and compliance activities for China Medical team. This role works closely with Medical Affairs team, finance, legal, Compliance team and MQO team to ensure efficient execution, standardized processes and compliance alignment, with increasing adoption of AI-enabled tools. All the above duties will be carried out under the guidance of Sr. Medical Affairs Effectiveness & Compliance Manager.Compliance Execution & Process Monitoring:Support compliance-related processes by coordinating material submission, documentation and communication with relevant stakeholdersAssist in delivering compliance-related training and communicationSupport internal control activities including documentation and audit readinessMaintain documentation and ensure traceability for compliance purposesAI-enabled Review & Operations:Support the application and operation of AI-assisted tools to improve efficiency and complianceSupport AI-assisted pre-review in grants process and perform human validationMaintain and monitor AI tools performance and outputsUpdate AI rules and knowledge base under guidanceEnsure documentation and audit readiness of AI-supported processesOperational Support & Coordination:Support the execution and tracking of Medical Affairs operational activities, including project coordinationAssist in organizing and delivering training activities to support team capability developmentSupport the implementation of standardized working processes and performance tracking mechanismsCoordinate cross-functional communication and ensure timely follow-up of operational activitiesProcess Identification & Continuous Improvement:Identify common operational patterns and support process standardizationAnalyze workflow bottlenecks and support improvement solutionsAssist in implementing efficient and standardized workflowsFacilitate sharing of best practices within the teamSupport integration of optimized processes into AI workflowsSME Support & Capability Enablement:Act as a subject matter contact for assigned processesSupport knowledge sharing and consolidate best practicesMaintain process guidance, FAQs and reference materialsSupport application of processes, AI tools and compliance requirementsIdentify recurring issues and support solution refinementREQUIRED SKILL SETBasic Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree or above in relevant fieldBasic understanding of Medical Affairs operations and compliance requirementsExperience with process coordination and digital toolsStrong execution and coordination capabilityGood communication and collaboration skillsAttention to detail and problem-solving abilityExperience:3–5 years pharmaceutical or Medical Affairs related experienceExperience in operations support or project coordination   Pfizer is an equal opportunity employer and complies with all applicable equal employment opportunity legislation in each jurisdiction in which it operates.To learn more about acceptable and prohibited uses of AI during the recruitment process, please review our candidate AI-use guidelines available on Pfizer Careers.
