The role contributes to Radiometer’s growth and market position by translating Voice of Customer (VoC), clinical insights, and market dynamics into clear product strategies, business cases, and portfolio decisions that deliver long-term value in acute care diagnostics.This position reports to the Director, Global Product Management ABL90 and is part of the Global Product & Portfolio Management team. The preferred location is Copenhagen.In this role, you will have the opportunity to:Shape and execute product strategy for the ABL90 portfolio, including defining scope, parameters, and solution directionTranslate customer, clinical, and market insights into product requirements and new clinical applicationsDevelop business cases and pricing strategies to support investment and portfolio decisionsLead global go-to-market strategies, including value propositions, positioning, and commercial enablementDrive cross-functional collaboration with R&D, Medical Affairs, Project Management, Marketing, and regional teamsMonitor and optimize portfolio performance through KPIs, revenue tracking, and margin analysisSupport demand forecasting, supply planning, and continuous improvement using DBS tools and data-driven processesThe essential requirements of the job include:Master’s degree in engineering, Life Sciences, Biomedical, or Business/Economics (or equivalent experience)Long-standing product management experience within in vitro diagnostics, medical devices, or closely related healthcare technologyDemonstrated experience leading product development projects and global or regional product launches, including go-to-market planningProven experience, developing business cases, pricing strategies, and managing portfolio economics (e.g., revenue, margins, growth)Demonstrated track record of leading cross-functional product initiatives across global R & D, commercial, and clinical organizationsTravel Requirements:Ability to travel internationally, including customer site visits, subsidiary support, and industry eventsIt would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:Advanced degree (PhD or MBA) in healthcare technology, product management, or market strategyExperience in acute care / point-of-care diagnostics, ideally within IVD and with knowledge of relevant regulatory frameworks (e.g., IVDR, FDA 510(k))Experience with Danaher Business System (DBS) or similar lean / continuous improvement methodologiesRadiometer, a Danaher operating company, offers a broad array of comprehensive, competitive benefit programs that add value to our lives.
