Whether supporting life sciences research, solving complex analytical challenges, improving laboratory efficiency, or enabling the development and manufacture of life-changing therapies, we are committed to delivering innovative solutions.Our Lengnau site is a state-of-the-art, multi-purpose manufacturing facility designed for large-scale biologics production, offering flexible technologies from development through to commercial manufacturing. USP Manufacturing SpecialistLocation: Lengnau BE As an Upstream Process Manufacturing Specialist, you conduct the production of recombinant products by operating automated production equipment and support project teams in the design, commissioning, qualification and validation of new production lines for recombinant products.  Your responsibilities:Support operational readiness for Upstream Processing and cleaning.Participates in Technology Transfer of new products. Supports CVQ, PQ, Process Validation executionResponsible for the day-to-day execution of manufacturing activities in Upstream processing.Owns Work Instructions and SOP in their areaSupport Manufacturing Excellence to run robustly and efficiently.Participates in defining robust process parameters during routine manufacturing campaignsParticipate in New Product Introduction activities Your qualifications:Degree in pharmaceutical, food or chemistry1-3 years successful experience in pharmaceuticals operations in a GMP relevant environmentExperience in pharmaceutical industryHands on mentalityShift work is expectedOn-call duties is expected  We offer driven remuneration, annual incentive plan bonus, healthcare, and a range of employee benefits.
