By architecting and optimizing endpoint management solutions using Intune, SCCM, and Windows 365, you will directly support business continuity, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence.How will you get here?Support Thermo Fisher systems, follow guidelines, provide global support, interact with various partners.Roles and ResponsibilitiesEndpoint Management & Modern WorkplaceDesign, implement, and manage endpoint solutions using Microsoft Intune (MEM)Manage Windows 10 and Windows 11 devices across enterprise environmentsImplement and support Windows Autopilot for zero-touch provisioningConfigure and maintain device compliance, configuration profiles, and security baselinesManage application deployment, updates, and patching via IntuneDeploy and maintain Windows 365 Cloud PCs, including policy, provisioning, and optimizationImaging & Device LifecycleBuild, maintain, and optimize OS imaging and deployment solutionsTransition and modernize imaging workflows to Autopilot-based provisioningHandle device lifecycle activities: provisioning, upgrades, refresh, retirement, and disposalSecurity & ComplianceImplement Conditional Access, device compliance policies, and endpoint security policiesIntegrate endpoint management with Microsoft Defender for EndpointEnsure endpoints meet organizational and regulatory compliance standardsTroubleshooting & SupportProvide Tier 3/4 support for endpoint-related issuesTroubleshoot Intune, Autopilot, enrollment, policy, and application issuesAnalyze logs and telemetry to identify root causes and drive long-term fixesCollaboration & DocumentationWork closely with Security, Identity, Infrastructure, and Service Desk teamsCreate and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and operational runbooksParticipate in design reviews, audits, and change management processesKnowledge, Skills, AbilitiesBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer or Information Sciences.Overall IT experience of 10+ years, with a minimum of 8+ years in SCCM/Intune/Windows 365.Strong expertise in Microsoft Intune (Endpoint Manager)Hands-on experience with Windows 10 & Windows 11 enterprise deploymentsProven experience with Windows Autopilot (User-Driven & Self-Deploying modes)Hands-on experience with Windows 365 / Cloud PCStrong knowledge of OS imaging, provisioning, and migration strategiesExperience with Azure AD / Entra ID, device join (AADJ/Hybrid)Solid understanding of PowerShell scripting for automationKnowledge of Group Policy, MDM vs GPO coexistenceProficient in documentation with audiences that vary between technical and non-technical users and management.Demonstrate good judgment and ability to work in a team environment with minimum supervision and direction to perform professional and organizational responsibilities.Experience working in ITIL and Project Management Processes.Excellent oral and interpersonal skills to interact and work with global IT teams and end customers.This position will involve working in rotational shifts.Non-Negotiable Hiring Criteria:Solid attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Demonstrate professional communication skills with both technical and non-technical customers.Good to Have Skills:Experience with Co-Management (SCCM + Intune)Knowledge of Microsoft Defender for EndpointExperience with Conditional Access, Zero Trust principlesWhat we offer:Opportunities to learn, grow, and take on more responsibility over time.Collaborative team environment with access to mentors and SMEs.Competitive compensation and benefits.At Thermo Fisher Scientific, each one of our 125,000 extraordinary minds has an outstanding story to tell.
