You'll develop and maintain strategic relationships with customers while promoting our comprehensive portfolio of innovative products and services. Working in a collaborative environment, you'll implement sales strategies, identify new business opportunities, and provide excellent support to help customers achieve their goals. This role offers the chance to represent a leader in scientific solutions while contributing to our mission of making the world healthier, cleaner, and safer.Responsibilities:Proven ability to call on customers in territory assigned, plan schedule, organize and control daily tasks, functions and duties to yield maximum sales results from effortsResponsible for a defined territory to sell to Biotech, key Pharma and CRO companies. Plan, organize and manage a sales territory. Actively develop and target new business/sales opportunities within the marketplaceEffectively communicate and negotiate sales contracts with customers. Educate customers on new products and product enhancements. Accurately articulate and present product features and benefitsWork closely with sales manager for territory business planning and implementation. Actively communicate customer issues, current prospects and marketing events to management team.Interpret and manage key financial result areas, i.e. revenues, volume, margins, days outstanding and forecastingComplete all required administrative duties, including but not limited to all daily / weekly reports to management, maintain follow up files and communicate resultsAbility to multi-task and maintain a heavy workloadRequirements:At least 2 years selling or marketing experience. Familiar with Biotech, key Pharma and CRO companies preferredGood presentation, interpersonal and negotiation skillsExcellent communication skills to deal with scientific discussion with customersGood English communications in both oral and writtenGood data analysis and biz planning skillsHigh energy, team player and capability of working under pressureself-motivated, initiative, open-minded, and detail-orientedAbility to utilize PC software, i.e. Word, Excel to track sales dataArticulate communication skills (in person and over the phone)
