You'll work with advanced technologies to develop and execute comprehensive test strategies that support our mission of enabling customers to make the world healthier, cleaner, and safer. In this position, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate software applications, maintain automated test suites, and contribute to quality improvements throughout the development lifecycle. Your expertise in both manual and automated testing will help ensure our products meet the highest standards of reliability and performance.REQUIREMENTS:Primary Responsibilities:Prepare Tosca Test scripts and test cases based on  functional specifications and end-user requirementsNeed to develop and maintain Tosca automated test cases of Web applications in Selenium WebDriver using the Java programming language and the Tosca toolDeveloped and maintained automated test cases of Desktop applications using the Tosca toolParticipated in end-to-end scenario creation, which included functional and infrastructure utilization, and demonstrated to the clientParticipated in smoke and regression test executionsExecuting the automation test suites and reporting the results to managementLogging the defects, re-testing, and closing themTOSCA Admin knowledge(User enrollment process & Framework) as an added advantageValidating the change orders in the production environment and QA environment based on the changes in the ticketParticipating in proactive monitoring in the prod environment dailyTrack the incoming issues/service requests through the ServiceNow incident management tool, meet response and resolution SLA, and provide a solution for the issueHaving meetings with PSM regarding business functionality changes and enhancementsImplemented GIT version control for test automationImplemented CI/CD Pipeline in Azure DevOps for automation script executionsPerformed Infrastructure testing based on change requestsSupporting team membersExperienced in the quest for maintaining the manual test cases and test resultsFollowed the Agile process, daily stand-ups & sprint meetingsManual test case creation and execution planningInvolved in functional and non-functional testingTraining and Other achievements involved:1) AS1 TOSCA Certification2) AS2 TOSCA Certification3) API & SAP Certifications added advantages for this positionEducation & Experience:Any Master's Degree ( BE, MBA & MCA) in Toxicology, Chemistry, Biology, or other life sciences.Overall, 5 Years of experience in Software Testing and SAP (Fiori & S4 Hana) Application support experience with TOSCA automation primarilyMinimum 3 years of Experience in automation (TOSCA Automation tool), learning core concepts of automation.Requires strong analytical skills and the ability to accurately handle large amounts of detailed information.Proven ability to work in a team environment and to work independently.Proven ability to learn sophisticated databases.Attention to computer-use ergonomic issues.Demonstrated excellent communication skills, both oral and written.Promotes understanding of customer requirements and expectations.Able to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical personnel.Demonstrated ability to work effectively on multiple assignments concurrently.Reprioritizes work quickly to meet changing demands.Must be motivated to learn on the job and take initiative for training.Understand the customer requirements and prioritize contagious optimism and a “can-do” demeanor.Skills:  Overall, 5 Years of experience in Software Testing and SAP (Fiori & S4 Hana) Application support experience with TOSCA automation primarilyMinimum 3 years of Experience in automation (TOSCA Automation tool), learning core concepts of automation.Any master’s degree preferred: MBA/MCA/BITOSCA Automation Experience with the framework; developed at least 1 complete application (End-to-End).TOSCA Certified professional for the 2 core certificationsExperience in Tosca Test suite with navigation and steering capabilitiesHands-on test case creation, management, and execution of quality assurance testing; provide oversight of business user acceptance testing.Provide business abstraction of UI and API interfaces to enable non-programmers to do test automation.Provide mentoring and guidance to other members of the Testing team.In the implementation of the overall automation testing strategy, bring script standards and best practices.Should have strong experience in test automation and software testing experience strong experience.Should have good knowledge of the software testing life cycle and test automation.In-depth experience in writing detailed and accurate test cases, test scripts, and test results.Working with the team to ensure the Product Backlog is refined for at least two sprints ahead for effective planning of work; maintaining and tracking sprint backlogs in toolsMentoring & training teams on Agile/Scrum to ensure efficiency in process operations; motivated high performance amongst the Team by operating and introducing appraisal schemes, promotion committees, and annual rewards & recognition.Liaising with different teams such as IT Operations, Architecture,
