Work ScheduleEnvironmental ConditionsJob DescriptionTitle岗位: Milling / Blending TechnicianLocation工作地点: SuzhouOrganization组织: China Operations - SuzhouReports to汇报对象: Line Leader / Cell ManagerPosition Summary 岗位概述:Be responsible for milling and blending operations in solid media production, ensuring product uniformity, quality stability, and compliance with EHS and operational procedures.负责固体培养基生产过程中研磨与混料操作，确保产品均一性、质量稳定性，并符合EHS及操作规范。Key Responsibilities关键职责：Operate milling and blending equipment according to process requirements and SOPs.按照工艺要求及SOP操作研磨及混料设备。Ensure blending uniformity and product quality meet defined specifications.确保混合均匀性及产品质量符合既定标准。Control key process parameters to maintain stable production performance.控制关键工艺参数，保证生产过程稳定。Complete and maintain batch records and related documentation accurately in compliance with procedures.按照规范准确完成批记录及相关生产记录。Support sampling activities and ensure proper documentation during production.配合完成生产取样及相关记录。Report deviations or non-conformances and support root cause analysis and corrective actions.识别并上报偏差/不符合项，并支持根因分析及纠正措施。Perform routine inspection and basic maintenance of equipment to ensure reliable operation.执行设备日常点检及基础维护，确保设备稳定运行。Follow EHS requirements, properly use PPE, and control dust-related risks.遵守EHS要求，正确使用防护装备，控制粉尘风险。Maintain 5S and cleanliness standards to prevent cross-contamination.维持生产区域5S及清洁标准，防止交叉污染。Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives (PPI/Kaizen) to enhance efficiency, quality, and productivity.参与持续改进（PPI/Kaizen），提升效率、质量及生产力。Work collaboratively within the team to support operational excellence.与团队协作，支持运营卓越目标的实现。Perform other duties as assigned.完成上级安排的其他工作。Qualifications要求:College degree or above in chemistry, biology, pharmaceutical or related fields.大专及以上学历，化学、生物、制药或相关专业优先。Experience in powder handling, milling, or blending preferred.有粉体处理、研磨或混料经验优先。Basic mechanical understanding and equipment operation skills.具备基本设备操作及机械理解能力。Strong safety awareness, especially for dust handling environments.具备良好的安全意识（尤其粉尘环境）。Detail-oriented with good documentation practices.工作细致严谨，具备良好的记录规范意识。Good teamwork and communication skills.具备良好的团队协作与沟通能力。
