Position Summary:We are looking for a proactive and diligent Site Specialist with practical experience in an analytical role to support R&D analytical work following Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). This position is located at the customer’s site and includes both routine and non-routine laboratory testing, providing technical support, and maintaining laboratory cleanliness while meeting safety and quality standards.Job ResponsibilitiesPerform chemical analyses for product stability assessments, research and development, and quality investigations using instruments such as HPLC, GC, FTIR, and Autotitrator.Support testing for various parameters including Piroctone Olamine, Zinc Pyrithione, Menthol, Fatty Acids, Glycerine, Triclocarban (TCC), and Salicylic Acid.Perform testing on internal raw materials, unfinished, and finished products, including the preparation of samples, standards, buffers, and mobile phases.Support ad-hoc testing requests, including FTIR and C2PM3 analysis (training will be provided if needed).Document results in Electronic Lab Notebook (ELN) and upload data into the LIMS system (NEXUS).Maintain, troubleshoot, and ensure accurate operation of lab equipment; call out issues to equipment owners or technical leads.Follow safety protocols, maintain lab cleanliness, handle chemical inventory, and audit readiness.Maintain and manage lab supplies to ensure a well-organized and efficient work environment.Support investigations of quality events such as out-of-specification (OOS) results.Maintain a safe, organized, and compliant work environment. Qualifications and CriteriaDiploma in Chemistry or a related field of Science.At least 1 or 2 years of relevant work experience preferred.Previous practical experience working in a laboratory environment with instruments such as HPLC, GC, FTIR, and autotitrations.Familiarity with laboratory documentation systems (ELN, LIMS) is an advantage.Strong attention to detail, good documentation practice, proactive attitude, and ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced customer-facing environment.
