Greater China (GC) is a complex and strategically important region requiring strong data accuracy and alignment to global standards.The RoleThe Analyst, Performance Operations & Insights – Greater China plays a key role in delivering performance reporting and analytics for the GC business. This role focuses on producing accurate, consistent reporting aligned with global standards to inform business decisions, while partnering closely with cross-functional teams to ensure clear storytelling, actionable insights, and aligned outcomes. In addition, the role contributes to broader global EBP Performance Operations & Insights initiatives, including product development, roadmap prioritization, and KPI alignment.Role RequirementsExecute recurring reporting for GC (weekly pulses, scorecards, KPI tracking)Pull data from multiple systems and prepare structured datasets for reportingJoin, transform, and clean datasets to support consistent reporting outputsMaintain and update core datasets used across reporting processes (in partnership with Technology)Perform detailed QA checks to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completenessIdentify and resolve data discrepancies, escalating issues as neededPrepare structured outputs (tables, charts, dashboards) for team useSupport Lead in preparation for weekly business review meetings and assist with project management of takeaways/follow up action items during those conversationsSupport ad hoc data requests and basic analysis needsAct as partner to GC Technology team to translate business requirements to functional asks for dashboard enhancement and automation Document data logic, transformations, and reporting definitions for repeatabilityApply global KPI definitions and reporting standards to all outputsHighlight data gaps or inconsistencies to support ongoing data quality improvementsDeliver all work on time with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detailPartner with Lead to develop recommendations on strategic areas of opportunity for the teamAssist in supporting Global analytics initiatives where neededQualifications3–6+ years of experience in analytics, reporting, or data-focused rolesStrong proficiency in SQL or similar tools for querying and joining datasetsAdvanced Excel skills (data manipulation, formulas, structured reporting)Experience with reporting or visualization tools (e.g., Sigma, Tableau, Power BI preferred)Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and structured datasetsDemonstrated ability to produce clear actionable reports and visualizationsCapabilitiesHigh attention to detail with a strong focus on data accuracy and qualityAbility to execute repeatable data and reporting processes with consistencyStrong problem-solving skills when working through data issuesAbility to manage multiple deliverables within defined timelinesComfortable working within established frameworks and team guidance
