For more information, visit Lowes IndiaJob SummaryThe Senior Manager, Brand Advocate partners with strategic suppliers and Online Merchants to optimize brand-focused digital customer experiences on Lowes.com through advanced analytics, operational execution, and cross-functional leadership. This role leverages data insights, customer behavior analysis, and digital performance diagnostics to influence online sales, traffic, and conversion while strengthening supplier relationships and brand growth.Serving as a strategic thought partner to brand and merchant leadership, the Senior Manager translates complex data into actionable plans that improve assortment productivity, content effectiveness, promotional impact, inventory health, and returns performance. This leader works closely with Merchandising, Digital, IT, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Operations to ensure brand initiatives and launches are supported by strong analytics and executed with operational excellence.
