You will interact with others and resolve issues with IT support teams. We appreciate your new perspective on solutions for our ever-evolving IT needs!Responsibilities/Expectations:Acts as liaison between the IT development group and business units for the design and implementation of new systems and improvement of existing systems.Serves as subject matter specialist and business partner between IT and business/end-user team(s)Creates annual budget analysis and cost management for responsible application including projects, ongoing maintenance, support and licensingTranslates business requirements into technical specifications to formulate technical solutions that conform to operational standardsConducts requirements gathering, user acceptance testing, and provides recommendations based on collected informationEnsures the maintenance, development and enhancement of existing application systems meet the organizational business objectives and IT standardsRemediates application system issues through appropriate troubleshooting, incident, change and problem management standards using ServiceNowEvaluates, develops and implements new application systems and develops technical requirements following standards for software development lifecycleConducts business process analyses, needs assessments and preliminary cost/benefit analyses to align IT solutions with business initiativesIdentifies continuous improvement opportunities for cost reduction, avoidance and improved application performanceModernizes, upgrades and conducts application health checks as the need arises to ensure system stabilityCollaborates with assigned resources to handle project-related activities for assigned applicationsPrepares recurring application dashboard metrics and reports to show analysis on specific key data points and provides cost transparency for applications, as requestedOwns the IT relationship with an assigned HSEI director.
