Job DescriptionKey ResponsibilitiesLead capability-building initiatives across internal and external manufacturing partners, factory teams, and deployment planning to improve execution, compliance, and operational performanceDrive deployment and adoption of new tools, processes, governance routines, and operating model changes across manufacturing sites and partner networksBuild and standardize factory capability frameworks, playbooks, and review cadences that improve consistency and accountabilityPartner with cross-functional teams to align priorities, manage interdependencies, and remove barriers to successful deploymentIdentify performance gaps, operational losses, and capability needs, then translate findings into practical improvement plansSupport internal and external manufacturers and factory teams in adopting new standards and sustaining required ways of workingEstablish KPIs, scorecards, and governance routines to monitor readiness, execution, adherence, and business impactUse data and performance insights to surface risks, prioritize interventions, and support decision-makingLead problem solving related to deployment barriers, manufacturing readiness, and execution issues across sites or partnersShare best practices and scale repeatable solutions that improve capability and performance across the networkQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations, Business, or a related fieldSignificant experience in manufacturing, supply chain, plant operations, or capability buildingExperience working with external manufacturing partners, co-manufacturers, or multi-site factory environmentsStrong project leadership and change management capabilityAbility to lead cross-functional work and influence stakeholders without direct authorityStrong analytical, problem-solving, and performance management skillsStrong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex operational issues into clear actionsExperience designing governance, routines, and improvement mechanisms that drive sustained resultsPreferred QualificationsExperience in food and beverage, CPG, or another high-volume manufacturing environmentExperience deploying digital tools, supply chain systems, or operational processes at scale, preferably in OMP and SAPExperience leading continuous improvement, capability building, or transformation programsExperience using KPIs tied to service, waste, losses, compliance, or operational efficiencyFamiliarity with factory network performance and external manufacturing execution challengesSuccess MeasuresDeployment programs are delivered with strong readiness, adoption, and follow-throughFactory and external manufacturing teams operate with more consistent standards and routinesCapability improvements translate into stronger execution, lower losses, and better service outcomesRisks and performance gaps are identified earlier and addressed more effectivelyCross-functional stakeholders have clear visibility to priorities, ownership, and progressOur Total Rewards philosophy is to provide a meaningful and flexible spectrum of programs that equitably support our diverse workforce and their families and complement Kraft Heinz’ strategy and values.New Hire Base Salary Range:$141,500.00 - $176,900.00Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factorsBenefits: Coverage for employees (and their eligible dependents) through affordable access to healthcare, protection, and saving for the future, we offer plans tailored to meet you and your family’s needs.
