Make It With Pride.You help execute the revenue management workstream to help us optimize the return on investment on our trade spend activities.How you will contributeYou will:Work with customer teams to track progress towards revenue KPIsComplete promotional post evaluations in partnership with Finance and MarketingSupport the Customer Planning Manager by providing regular reporting including volume tracking, trade spend, % promoted, seasonal in flight trackingMonitor revenue realization of any cost price increasesWork with customer teams and Sales Finance to ensure all trade spend in the system is accruing correctlyAttend customer forecast surgeries to understand customer dynamics and identify opportunities and risks to the planApprove promotional activity in line with guidelines with regular reviews of promotional spendWhat you will bringA desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge:Commercial and financial acumenReducing complexity using an analytical, disciplined and collaborative approachSynthesizing multiple data points into a holistic positionOrganizing and prioritizingProblem solvingFinding new and innovative solutionsWorking in a fast-moving consumer goods or consumer packaged goods environment a distinct advantageCustomer and category knowledge a distinct advantageMore about this rolePricing Strategy & Execution:Responsible for all pricing process execution (managing calendar, approval process, SAP workflow, communication, and upload to IBP 360)Run and analyze the Smart Pricing tool at Country, Channel, Region, and Customer level for all Mdlz portfolio to generate insights that support the creation and evaluation of commercial plansAnalyze current Pricing & Elasticity performance vs. Category and main competitors (Price tracking and Elasticity tracking)Identify the set of possible choices and plans on pricing, PPA, and Mix management changes to drive net revenue growth and profitMonitor and track competitive pricing dynamics in the Chilean retail landscape (including key retailers such as Cencosud, Walmart Chile, SMU, and traditional trade)Price Pack Architecture (PPA):Responsible for Price Pack Architecture E2E Process & opportunity identification in line with consumer, shopper & trade insights, through a cross-functional agenda with Marketing, I&A & Sales (New Sizes, Resizings, Innovations, etc.)Develop PPA roadmaps aligned with channel-specific strategies (Modern Trade, Traditional Trade, Discounters, E-commerce)Evaluate pack/price ladders to ensure optimal consumer value perception and competitive positioning in ChilePromotion & Trade Investment Optimization:Run and analyze RGM tools for Promo Optimization and Trade Terms Structure at Country, Channel, Region, and Customer level for all Mdlz portfolio to bring insights that help creating and evaluating commercial plansAssess promotional ROI and effectiveness, recommending adjustments to maximize incremental volume and marginSupport the design of trade terms structures that incentivize profitable growth behaviors across customersCommercial Insights & Analytics:Gather commercial insights by working closely with Channel (MT & TT) specialists, supporting detailed activity grid creation or modificationCapture and document commercial learnings (with analytics structure) to run local performance management tools and nourish RGM and Trade Marketing plansLeverage local market data sources (Nielsen, Kantar, retailer sell-out data) to enrich RGM analyses and recommendationsBuild and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to track RGM KPIs and share performance updates with stakeholdersCross-Functional Collaboration:Partner with Marketing on brand strategy alignment, ensuring pricing and PPA decisions support brand equity and growth objectivesCollaborate with Sales teams to translate RGM strategies into actionable customer plansWork with Finance to ensure RGM initiatives deliver against P&L targets (Net Revenue, Gross Margin, Operating Income)Support the RGM capability building agenda by sharing best practices and coaching commercial teams on RGM fundamentals No Relocation support availableBusiness Unit SummaryWacam is Mondelēz International’s Latin America presence with more the 1700 wonderful people proudly representing a diversity of cultures and nationalities.
