JOB PURPOSEThis role exists to drive the growth and success of the Condiments category in Romania by turning consumer insights into impactful brand strategies and marketing initiatives that deliver sustainable business results. You will play a key role in shaping and executing brand plans across the Dressings category (mayonnaise, sauces, ketchup, mustard), ensuring strong market performance and alignment with business objectives. We invite you to be part of something bigger.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESSupport the development and execution of the brand marketing plan to deliver category growth and financial targetsMonitor campaign performance against KPIs, recommend optimizations, and propose new initiatives to improve effectivenessAssess and track brand performance and health, including market share and competitive positioning, and recommend actionable improvementsAnalyze market trends, consumer behavior, and category dynamics to identify insights and opportunitiesSupport and contribute to market research activities to better understand target audiences and guide marketing strategiesIdentify and develop new business opportunities based on unmet consumer needs and best practices, ensuring alignment with internal approval processesInitiate and manage media briefs in line with brand strategy and budget, coordinating the development of media assetsCollaborate cross-functionally to deliver integrated marketing campaigns and ensure alignment across departmentsManage the assigned advertising budget effectively to maximize return on investmentWork closely with Finance on business case development and track post-launch performance to evaluate project successREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONSProven experience in marketing, preferably within FMCG or a related industryStrong project management skills, with the ability to manage end-to-end initiatives and meet deadlinesSolid analytical capabilities, including interpreting consumer, market, and financial data to drive decisionsGood understanding of financial principles, including P&L and business case developmentFluency in English and proficiency in MS Office toolsPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSUniversity degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related fieldExperience working in cross-functional teams within a fast-paced environmentStrong collaboration and stakeholder management skillsADDITIONAL INFORMATIONCompetitive compensation with a performance‑based annual bonusPrivate health care and life insurance, with options to include dependentsGenerous additional time off for wellbeing, volunteering, life events, and long serviceMeal vouchers and support for sports and wellbeing activitiesEmployee Assistance Program offering confidential support for you and your familyFamily‑friendly policies, including paternity leave and life‑event benefitsA flexible, people‑focused work culture, with wellbeing initiatives and shorter FridaysUnilever is an organisation committed to equity, inclusion and diversity to drive our business results and create a better future, every day, for our diverse employees, global consumers, partners, and communities.
