This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, negotiation skills, and relationship management expertise to drive value, minimize risk, and ensure the delivery of high-quality goods and services. Serve as the primary point of contact for vendor inquiries, issues, and escalations. Collaborate internally and externally to address performance issues, resolve disputes, and drive continuous improvement.Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to evaluate vendor performance and adherence to contractual obligations.
