Job DescriptionAs a Vendor Management Consultant, you will be contributing to the optimization of the organization's relationships with external vendors and suppliers. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, negotiation skills, and relationship management expertise to drive value, minimize risk, and ensure the delivery of high-quality goods and services. Serve as the primary point of contact for vendor inquiries, issues, and escalations. Collaborate internally and externally to address performance issues, resolve disputes, and drive continuous improvement.Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to evaluate vendor performance and adherence to contractual obligations. Monitor vendor performance, quality, and service levels, and conduct regular reviews and audits to ensure compliance and accountability.Identify and evaluate potential vendors and suppliers based on business needs, quality requirements, and cost considerations.Allstate Canada Group has policies and practices that provide workplace accommodations.
