This role will focus on dashboard development, stakeholder engagement, and automation through Nexthink flows and remote actions to drive proactive issue resolution and improve the Digital Employee Experience (DEX).This individual will work closely with platform leadership and cross-functional teams to translate business needs into actionable insights and automated solutions.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESFollowing is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Specific activities may change from time to time.Job Responsibilities:Design and build Nexthink dashboards, investigations, and data models to deliver actionable insightsDevelop and maintain remote actions and automation flows to enable proactive remediationConfigure campaigns, alerts, and monitoring to improve endpoint visibility and performanceBuild and optimize automated workflows to reduce manual effort and incident volumeTranslate use cases into scalable Nexthink solutions (e.g., device health, application performance, incident prevention)Partner with engineering teams to implement self-healing and proactive IT capabilitiesPartner with Service Desk, EUC, and Infrastructure teams to gather and refine requirementsAct as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring solutions meet operational needsAnalyze endpoint data to identify trends, recurring issues, and optimization opportunitiesCreate dashboards that track key metrics (DEX, incident drivers, performance issues)Support leadership with data-driven recommendationsESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESFollowing is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Designs, builds, and implements enterprise infrastructure technology platforms and systems across cloud, network, database, storage, platform, computing, or middleware domains.2. Applies automation, monitoring, and optimization techniques to ensure high availability and performance of infrastructure.3. Manages infrastructure engineering projects and processes aligned with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.4. Collaborates with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to integrate new technologies and continuously improve infrastructure standards and processes.5. Troubleshoots and resolves complex technical issues impacting infrastructure performance and reliability.6. Supports compliance with technology strategies, standards, and governance to mitigate risks and ensure regulatory adherence.7. Reviews and guides infrastructure designs, configurations, and procedures to support operational consistency and knowledge sharing.8. Provides technical guidance and direction to lower-level technical professionals.9. Develops technical solutions with deep analysis of infrastructure systems and leads infrastructure processes.QualificationsRequired QualificationsThe requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.2. Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in infrastructure engineering.3. Strong knowledge of enterprise infrastructure technologies including cloud, network, database, storage, platform, computing, and middleware.Preferred QualificationsExperience working in Agile teams and knowledge of Agile development & release practices. Experience supporting a team with DevOps in an Enterprise Agile framework (SAFe, LeSS, DAD, Enterprise Scrum, Nexus, etc.).Hands-on experience with Nexthink (dashboards, investigations, remote actions, campaigns)4–7+ years of experience in IT engineering, EUC, or IT operationsProven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutionsStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsStrong experience with:Data visualization and dashboard designScripting/automation (PowerShell or similar)ITSM platforms (ServiceNow preferred)General Description of Available Benefits for Eligible Employees of Truist Financial Corporation: All regular teammates (not temporary or contingent workers) working 20 hours or more per week are eligible for benefits, though eligibility for specific benefits may be determined by the division of Truist offering the position. Truist offers medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, accidental death and dismemberment, tax-preferred savings accounts, and a 401k plan to teammates.
