As a key member of the Global Marketing Service leadership team and regional CMO leadership team, the selected candidate will drive the strategy, vision, and go to market approach to advance Marketing Services revenue and increase profitability as part of the Visa 2030 strategy. Marketing Services is a growing business and part of Visa’s overall strategic growth priority to deliver value added services revenue through client engagements. We are focused on delivering value to our clients through marketing advisory, sponsorship, creative services, and end-to-end marketing execution. This role partners closely with Visa Consulting & Analytics (VCA), products, our sales organizations, and Finance to execute a range of services. We are looking for a leader who has the experience and proven track record taking a large revenue-generating business and scaling even further, as well as experience managing a large P&L with strong financial acumen. The ideal candidate will have a very strong sales and business development background selling not only Marketing, but representing Visa during large, complex company deal pitches by articulating the value of Visa through marketing. We are searching for an accomplished presenter at various levels and audience sizes, someone with experience building new capabilities and services thinking beyond the traditional marketing space that drives scalable revenue and impact to clients, and someone who is a solid leader with experience building a world-class team and fostering a strong sense of engagement and culture with the team. This person will report directly to the SVP, Global Marketing Services, and dual report into the LAC CMO.Key Responsibilities:Assume accountability for the Marketing Services P&L in regionLead and oversee the development of the strategy and plan to achieve the ambitious growth targetsOversee the financial management, pipeline management, annual planning, and reportingSet pricing and margin targets by project typeIdentify and build new capabilities and services in partnership with global teams and core marketingLead and manage operations and processes including best practice sharing, capabilities, and enhancements across regionsPartner with Sales executives to sell Marketing Services to clients across region and marketsDevelop a path to driving an embedded model with top strategic clients across regions where there is repeatable and committed revenue/engagement each yearPartner with other Visa functions to develop a ONEVISA strategic operating model to help better serve our clients and maximize revenue for Visa.Lead large RFP response efforts including the response, pitch work, and ideation showcasing Visa as the most competitive and strategic option for our clientsManage the annually planning cycle through a strategic bottoms-up approachSupport ongoing operations across key cross-functional and cross-geography touchpoints, including recurring meetings with regional Client Marketing leads, sales, and financeDevelop clear and concise executive level communications to report the progress and financials of marketing services globallyContinue to build a world-class team by recruiting, training, and developing new talent and further scale the operating model behind business development and execution across all client segments This position is based on Miami - Market Support Center and giving the nature of the role, flexibility to accommodate meetings across many time zones is required. Visa requires at least 3 days in office, expectations of these days will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager. QualificationsBasic Qualifications12 or more years of work experience with a bachelor’s Degree or at least 10 years of experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters/ MBA/JD/MD) or at least 8 years of work experience with a PhDPreferred Qualifications15 or more years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD, PhD)15 or more years of progressive marketing leadership experience, with expertise in global/multi-region marketing.Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field desired; MBA preferredProven track record developing and executing high-impact, insight-driven, integrated marketing strategies that drive step-change business resultsIndependent, self-starter with a proven record of driving complex strategies across large teamsStrong relationship building experience along with the ability to collaborate and work across regions and various business unitsDeep influencing skills across a matrixed environmentSuperior analytic and problem-solving skills, with demonstrated intellectual and analytic rigor, attention to detail and ability to structure and analyze financial modelsAbility to structure and manage complex projects and processes with multiple stakeholders at both senior and junior levelsAble to identify issues, conduct analyses, synthesize findings, and make recommendationsPersonal presence and ability to clearly communicate compelling messages to senior level executives; excellent presentation skills, including strong oral and written communicationEstablishes a goal-oriented culture and continually raises the bar for organizational achievement.Executes decisions with the goals and vision of t
