About the RoleWe are seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to join our Revenue Operations organization as Director – Strategy & Transformation. This role will drive the evolution of our operating model, lead high-impact transformation initiatives, and enable scalable, efficient, and insight-driven Revenue Operations across our global business.The ideal candidate will combine strategic thinking, operational expertise, and execution rigor to translate business priorities into actionable programs that enhance productivity, customer experience, and revenue realization. Key responsibilities include:1. Strategy & Operating Model EvolutionDefine and evolve the Revenue Operations strategy and target operating model aligned with business growth prioritiesIdentify opportunities to improve sales lifecycle efficiency, revenue realization, and customer experienceAct as a trusted advisor to RevOps leadership on strategic planning and transformation roadmaps2. Transformation & Program LeadershipLead and execute enterprise-wide transformation initiatives across areas such as deal lifecycle management, order-to-cash, and revenue assuranceDrive cross-functional programs spanning Sales, Finance, Product, Legal, and TechnologyEnsure disciplined program governance, milestone tracking, risk management, and value realization3. Process Optimization & AutomationIdentify, design, and implement process simplification and automation opportunities across Revenue OperationsLeverage data, tools, and technology (e.g., CRM, workflow automation, analytics) to improve efficiency and scalabilityChampion best practices, standardization, and continuous improvement4. Insights & Performance ManagementEstablish robust performance metrics and KPIs to track operational health and transformation impactGenerate actionable insights to support decision-making and prioritize initiativesDrive adoption of a data-driven culture within Revenue Operations5. Stakeholder Engagement & Change ManagementPartner with senior stakeholders across regions and functions to align on priorities and drive executionLead change management efforts, ensuring stakeholder buy-in, effective communication, and sustained adoptionAct as a bridge between global strategy and regional execution, incorporating local needs into scalable solutions6. Team Leadership & Capability BuildingBuild and lead a high-performing team focused on strategy, transformation, and continuous improvementFoster a culture of innovation, accountability, and collaborationDevelop capabilities in areas such as program management, analytics, and process designQualifications & Experience10–15+ years of experience in Strategy, Transformation, Consulting, or Revenue/Sales OperationsProven track record of leading large-scale transformation programs in complex, matrixed organizationsStrong understanding of end-to-end revenue lifecycle (sales, contracting, order management, billing, revenue assurance)Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive cross-functional alignmentExperience with Business Process Engineering and Digital TransformationStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindsetExcellent communication and executive presentation skillsExperience in B2B Services / SaaS / Payments environmentsFamiliarity with tools such as Salesforce, O2C, Business Process Management, Workflow automation, and Global experience working across multiple regions (e.g., LAC, NAM, EMEA, APAC)Corporate Security ResponsibilityAll activities involving access to Mastercard assets, information, and networks comes with an inherent risk to the organization and, therefore, it is expected that every person working for, or on behalf of, Mastercard is responsible for information security and must:Abide by Mastercard’s security policies and practices;Ensure the confidentiality and integrity of the information being accessed;Report any suspected information security violation or breach, andComplete all periodic mandatory security trainings in accordance with Mastercard’s guidelines.
